Brookings Executive Education (BEE), a partnership of the Brookings Institution and Washington University in St. Louis (WUSTL) Oline School of Business, brings together two premier institutions to deliver on Robert S. Brookings’ desire to “teach the art of handling problems rather than simply impart accumulated knowledge” to those in and engaged with government.
About Washington University in St. Louis
Washington University in St. Louis (WUSTL) has a long standing reputation for scholarship and innovation. The Olin Business School has been recognized as a world leader in management education and scholarly research. In addition to Brookings, Olin partners with more than 20 international universities, including Fudan University in Shanghai, China; the Cass Business School in London; Fundação Dom Cabral in Nova Lima, Brazil; and the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad, India.
The Brooking Executive Education Communication and Outreach Manager serves as sales, marketing and communication lead for all BEE outreach materials and web pages; and implements BEE’s outreach efforts, including production of annual course catalog and marketing collateral, and selling seats for open enrollment classes. Acts as liaison to the Brookings Office of Communications and Olin Marketing departments.
Note: This position is with the Brookings Executive Education (BEE) organization located in Washington, DC. BEE is a partnership of the Brookings Institution and Washington University in St. Louis Olin School of Business.
Design & develop BEE’s outreach materials and campaigns
Outreach and Sales
Develop and execute BEE branding and marketing strategy
Analyze efficacy of outreach efforts
B.A. or B.S. required; communications or marketing or business development. At least 5 years experience in communications, marketing, business development and advertising activities. Prior direct relevant work experience required. Web site content management experience and basic HTML knowledge required. Writing, editing, and proof reading experience required. M.S in Communications or Marketing preferred. Experience or interest in public policy or executive education desirable.
