The Brookings Executive Education Registrar administers all aspects of registration services and provides support and coordination for the Master of Science in Leadership and Certificate programs through Brookings Executive Education.
The Registrar manages all student records and tuition accounts; leads the planning, development, maintenance and enhancement of student records systems and reports to the BEE Director. S/he serves as a key resource to faculty and administrative officers regarding student information, policies, and promotes effective communication and productive relationships with Olin’s accounting department, divisional deans’ offices, the Office of Student Records, Student Accounting and other university entities. This position is responsible for the accurate creation, maintenance, and management of current and historic student academic records. The job requires the highest commitment to preserving the integrity of student records and upholding all regulations of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
Note: This position is an employee of Washington University, who works in the Brookings Executive Education program
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of related work experience, or seven years of related work experience may substitute for degree.Graduate degree, previous Registrar’s experience, coursework, or experience in the use of university records systems and database management; experience or coursework in student advising is a plus.
